How long does a caricature take?
Digital caricatures are typically completed within 5-7 working days. Hand-painted pieces may take 10-14 working days depending on complexity.

Can I request changes?
Yes! We offer one round of revisions included in the price to ensure you're completely happy with your caricature.

What photos should I send?
Clear, well-lit photos where the face is clearly visible work best. We recommend at least 2-3 photos from different angles.

All artwork is created by our UK-based artist and is original hand-drawn or digitally created work. By placing an order you agree to provide suitable reference photos and allow the artist creative interpretation. Full terms available on request.

Digital artwork: Delivered via email as a high-resolution file within 5-7 working days.

Hand-painted artwork: Shipped via Royal Mail tracked delivery within 10-14 working days. Free UK delivery on orders over £150.

International: Digital items available worldwide. Hand-painted items UK delivery only.

As all caricatures are custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds on completed artwork. Merchandise items can be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt. Please use the contact form above for any queries regarding returns.
